Beacon Property Management believes that training and continuing education is essential to motivating team members, fueling their passion for providing the best services possible. We are accredited, skilled, creative and knowledgeable, always quick to strategize on market trends. We believe that the efficiency of on-line training, combined with interactive live training improves skills and productivity and reduces operational risks.
Live Training
Industry professionals, trainers and leaders are recruited to provide live training for Beacon team members. Topics include marketing, customer care, maintenance service; to name a few.
Grace Hill Learning Management System and Live Training
In-class professional skills and compliance training courseware are provided in one customizable platform. This on-line program allows us to onboard teams faster and more efficiently, reduce compliance risks, identify, cultivate and retain top talent with the right training at the right time.
ADP Total Source
Our team members receive on line and live training in Leadership, Employee Organizational Development, Customer Service, Hiring and Interviewing, Time Management and Workplace Safety, as well as seminars in Preventing Workplace Harassment for both staff and supervisors.
California Apartment Association, Greater Inland Empire
Team members are encouraged to attend seminars, classes and the California Certified Course Program series.
Crime Free Multi Housing
Beacon onsite managers, as well as Regional Property Managers are required to complete the program courses to become certified in the program specific to the county jurisdiction in which the properties are located.
Safety Meetings
All employees are trained in general safety rules and the Employee Code of Safe Work Practices, stressing workplace hazards and means of prevention.
Manager/Supervisor Meetings
Meetings are conducted to ensure that managers are aware of trends, new laws and general information, instilling best practices to manage efficiently and professionally.
