Beacon Property Management, Inc. provides professional real estate management services throughout the State of California. Our clients consist of municipalities, individuals, syndications, non-profit and institutional owners with diverse ownership objectives and servicing requirements.

Our management portfolio is comprised of multi-family residential units, office, retail and industrial facilities and homeowner associations.

Beacon Property Management, Inc. is independent and unaffiliated, without ownership in the real estate assets it manages. Consequently, our services are provided to clients without the potential for conflict of interest.

Simply stated, our objective is to maximize income and minimize and control expenses. Our services provided include, but may not be limited to:

• Staffing of onsite employees according to an owner approved budget
• Property management supervision by a qualified employee of Beacon
• Full accounting of income and expenses under generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP); monthly financial    reporting
• Weekly occupancy and collection reporting
• Monthly financial reports
• Annual budget preparation
• Professional accounting administration; annual vendor 1099s
• Payroll administration; annual employee W2s
• Construction supervision
• Insurance and risk management

Our company is highly computerized for remote operations using an internet-based property management system. All properties managed are equipped with computers and our accounting department operates the same financial system for all financial accounting functions.

We have an in house Compliance Department to service our clients in the affordable housing and tax credit sector. The Compliance Departments provides training for onsite staff and monitoring and auditing services to ensure adherence to all regulations.
